School Governance and Operations Division – Learner Formation Program
(formerly Youth Formation Program), is endorsing the following teaching and
non-teaching personnel to participate to the conduct of the 23rd Instructor’s
Training Course of the Philippine Red Cross National Headquarters on December 11- 16,2023 at Philippine Red Cross Cavite Chapter Training Hall, Samonte Park, Cavite City.
