1. Pursuant to ISO 9001:2015, specifically, clause 9.3 which requires periodic
review of the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure its effectiveness and
alignment with the strategic directions of the SDO and similarly, DM 14, s.2022,
requires the conduct of a Management Review at all governance levels in the
department; hence, this Office will conduct a Quality Management Review on
December 19, 2023, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM at Dasmariñas II Central School.
2. Presenters are required to prepare a PowerPoint presentation of their reports for the above-mentioned activity.
3. Participation to this activity shall observe DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on
Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and
guidelines.
4. Travel costs that shall be incurred in participation to face-to-face meetings shall
be charged against available local funds subject to usual accounting and auditing
guidelines.
5. Furthermore, the Program Management Team has fully understood and shall
comply with Division Order No. 1, s. 2019 titled Regulating the Use of Plastic
Products in Schools and Offices in the City Schools Division of Dasmariñas and
Division Memorandum No. 45, s. 2021 titled Banning of Single-Use Plastic Products in All Division and School Training and Activities.
