In reference with the attached DepEd Memorandum No. BLR-2024-06-1101 dated July 11, 2024 re: Guidelines on the Inspection, Receipt, Distribution, Utilization and Monitoring of the Centrally Procured Laptop as Assistive Electronic Tool for Learners with Disabilities, the field is hereby informed that the Schedule of Distribution of the said assistive electronic tools is on September 17, 2024, at exactly
3:00 pm at the Division Property and Supply Unit to be facilitated by the Division IT Officer and Division Property and Supply Officer.
2. Participants in this activity are the School Property Custodian and the School Head of the recipient schools.
3. Enclosed also is the List of School Recipients and quantity, for ready reference.
4. Transportation expenses incurred in attending in this activity shall be charged against local funds subject to usual government accounting rules and procedures.
5. Immediate dissemination of and strict compliance on this Memorandum is desired.
