1. For the information and guidance of all concerned, attached herewith is Memorandum Circular No. 64 signed by Lucas P. Bersamin, Executive Secretary, from the Office of the President – Malacanang declaring the suspension of work in all government offices in the Executive Branch on September 23, 2024 starting 3:00 PM.
2. Relative thereto, all government employees and personnel in the Executive Branch are encouraged to support the programs and activities relative to the observance of Family Week, as organized by the National Committee on the Filipino Family.
3. In support to the Kainang Pamilya Mahalaga Day, everyone is encouraged to take photos with their family eating together, upload them in their respective social media accounts and use #KainangPamilyaSaDepEdDasma.
