1. Relative to Division Memorandum 467 s. 2024, re: Division Rollout on Alternative Modes in Education in Emergencies (ADM-EiE), which was conducted last July 9-12, 2024, division and school learning leaders realized the potential of alternative delivery modes in ensuring equal access and addressing the learning
needs of learners at risk of dropping out. Thus, the City Schools Division of Dasmariñas, through the Curriculum Implementation will conduct a walk-through on the preparation for application process among select schools on November 26-28, 2024.
2. This activity aims to:
a. Orient the School Heads and ADM Coordinators on the application process of the suitable ADM in their school;
b. Highlight challenges, and initiatives encountered by ADM implementing schools in the application and implementation of ADM-EiE;
c. Present school situationer and timeline in the application and submission of requirements in the preferred Alternative Delivery Mode; and
d. Guide the schools by providing Technical Assistance from their respective supervisors.
3. Participants to this activity are the Public School District Supervisors, Educational Program Supervisors, Select School Heads and ADM Focal Persons. Refer to the attached Schedule of Activity.
4. This activity will use Blended Type approach. The venue for the Face-to-Face activity will be at Dasmariñas East Integrated High School while MS Teams will be used for the online sessions.
