1. In reference to Division Memorandum No 676 s. 2024, and the office communication of the Office of the President – Social Secretary’s Office (OP-SOSEC) dated August 10, 2024, re: National Parol-Making Competition “Isang Bituin, Isang Mithiin, with theme “Harmonies of Hope: Illuminating Filipino Resilience”, this Office informs all secondary schools in this Division the submission of entries shall be on October 23, 2024, at the Bulwagang Sigasig Building.
2. Moreover, schools shall charge the expenses against their local funds subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
3. Moreover, all other information stated therein Division Memorandum No.676 s. 2024 is still in effect.
4. Immediate and wide dissemination of this Memorandum is earnestly desired.
