1. Pursuant to Republic Act No. 10072 (Philippine Red Cross Act of 2009), DepEd Order No. 49, s. 2011 (Revised Guidelines on the Selection of Student Leaders and the Conduct of Leadership Training), and DepEd Order No. 66, s. 2017 (Implementing Guidelines on the Conduct of Co-Curricular and Extra-Curricular Activities), this Division announces the conduct of the Division Federated Red Cross Youth Council Election and Leadership Orientation: Strengthening Commitment to Humanitarian Service and Youth Empowerment on October 14, 2025, at Bulwagang Sigasig, City Schools Division of Dasmarinas.
2. This activity aims to equip the participants with the necessary knowledge and skills in implementing and managing their existing Red Cross Youth Council (RCYC) in schools. Specifically:
a. Elect the new set of Division Federated RCY Council Officers for SY 2025-2026;
b. Familiarize elected officers with their duties, responsibilities, and expected conduct as youth leaders;
c. Orient all RCY members on their roles as humanitarian volunteers in alignment with Red Cross principles; and
d. Foster camaraderie, collaboration, and a shared commitment to service among RCY leaders across schools.
3. Participants in this activity are the School Red Cross Youth Council President and Teacher-Adviser. To confirm attendance, Advisers/Designated Focal Person shall facilitate the accomplishment of the Registration and uploading of the Parental Consent through the following:
