Relative to Regional Memorandum No. 646 s. 2024, and in reference to Unnumbered Memorandum from the Bureau of Learning Delivery (BLD) dated August 30, 2024, this Office, through the Curriculum Implementation Division (CID), shall conduct DATA COLLECTION ON EDUCATORS TRAINED IN THE EARLY LANGUAGE, LITERACY, AND NUMERACY (ELLN) PROGRAM.
