1. Pursuant to DepEd Memorandum OM-OUGOPS-2025-03-05776 entitled “Commemoration of School-Based Mental Health Observances 2025”, all public elementary, secondary, and senior high schools in the City of Dasmarinas are invited to observe the “2025 World Mental Health Day” with a theme “Access to Service: Mental Health in Catastrophes and Disasters” on October 10, 2025.
2. A meaningful yet simple observation through simple activities, such as poster making, slogan making, infomercials, poem making, health promotion using the IEC materials, are encouraged with utmost consideration of DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time – On – Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and guidelines.
3. The observance of this activity enables DepEd Dasmarinas to promote and bring together stakeholders to take part in ensuring the mental health and well-being of all personnel, learners, and others concerned both in schools and physical workspaces and online.
