1. In consonance with Regional Memorandum No. 252 s. 2026, titled “Strengthening School-Based Management to Drive School Turnaround Program”, this Division, through the School Governance and Operations Division, hereby announces the participation of the following personnel (Please see Enclosure) on the Regional Office’ activity at Rosario Hotel and Resort on September 28-30, 2026.
2. The activity aims to showcase the schools’ approaches, strategies, and practices to promote effective curriculum implementation, improve teaching and learning practices, address learner needs, and develop strategic interventions that will contribute to better learning outcomes and school improvement.
3. The travel and other related expenses incurred by the participants shall be charged against available local funds, subject to usual accounting and auditing guidelines.
