1. Pursuant to the provisions of DepEd Memorandum No. 046, s. 2026 and Division Memorandum No. 576, s. 2026 on the Guidelines on the Pilot Implementation of the Government Assistance and Subsidies-Training and Upgrading Knowledge for Learners, Teachers and Achievers in Schools Program for SY 2026-2027, this Office hereby informs the field of its scheduled roll-out via MS Teams on September 25, 2026 from 9:00am onwards. The meeting link will be disseminated through your respective group chats.
2. The activity aims to provide insights to eligible learners and teacher-coaches from public schools and private basic education schools intended for their participation in national and international academic, sports, cultural, and other co-curricular and extracurricular competitions, consistent with the Department’s commitment to equitable access and the delivery of quality learning opportunities.
3. Participants to this undertaking are all School Heads and their designated Learning and Development (L & D) Coordinators.
