1. The field is hereby informed of the attached schedule of DISTRIBUTION OF GRADE 6 EDUKASYON PANTAHANAN AT PANGKABUHAYAN (EPP) AND ENGLISH TEXTBOOKS AND TEACHERS’ MANUALS FOR DISTRICT II, procured by the DepEd Central Office.
2. In this regard, all School Property Custodians (SPCs) are advised to proceed to the assigned venue at Dasmarinas II Central School on September 29, 2026 (Tuesday), from 9:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. Likewise, School Heads are instructed to assign additional staff to assist the SPCs and provide transportation to expedite the receiving process.
3. Expenses incurred in this activity shall be charged against available local funds subject to usual accounting and auditing guidelines.
