1. Relative to Regional Memorandum No. 681, s. 2025, titled “Monitoring of the Private Schools Participating in the Government Assistance and Subsidies (GAS Program), this office announces the schedule of monitoring led by Division and Regional Office Personnel.
2. School Administrators are reminded to adhere with the provisions of DO 88, s. 2010 on the Revised Guidelines for Private Schools, DO 32, s. 2022, Guidelines on Eligibility and application for Senior High School Program, DO 20, s. 2017, Guidelines on the Implementation of the Educational Service Contracting (ESC) and Teachers’ Salary Subsidy Programs, and DepEd Memorandum OUF-2024-0956, on Monitoring of Private Schools Participating in the Government Assistance and Subsidies (GAS) Programs. Enclosed are the schedule for checking and the composition of team members with their respective school assignments.
3. Enclosed is the schedule of monitoring, related issuance and monitoring tool to be used by the monitoring officials.
4. Widest dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum is directed.
