1. In celebration of the Scouting Month this October, with the national theme “Service, Innovation, and Scouting for All,” the City Schools Division of Dasmarinas, in partnership with the Local Government of Dasmarinas, the Youth Development Office, and the Boy Scouts of the Philippines, will conduct the 2025 Division-Wide BSP Investiture and Grand Scout Assembly on October 24, 2025, from 5:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon at the Dasmarinas City Grandstand.
2. This is a historic gathering that will bring together 10,000 Scouts from public schools, which forms part of the Division’s commitment toward strengthening the Scouting program as a platform for leadership, character development, and community service among learners.
3. Enclosed in this memorandum are the following: a. Committees and Working Groups, b. Safety, Security, and Contingency Plan, c. Event Reminders and Protocols, d. Investiture Program, and e. Parental Consent.
4. There will be a virtual solidarity meeting for Supervisors, School Heads, and BSP School Coordinators on October 20, at 3:00 pm to discuss the following agenda;
a. Stage Decor and Set-Up
b. Program Flow
c. Parade
d. Safety and Security
e. First Aide
f. Traffic Management
5. All public schools in the proration and received sponsorships from the Local Government Unit’s Special Education Fund in their membership, as stated in Division Memorandum 588, s. 2025, are enjoined to participate in this event and have the necessary school arrangements to cover transportation, monitoring of participating scouts, and needed preparations to support this activity.
