1. In reference to the DM-CT-2024–380 and Division Memorandum No. 744, s. 2024 on the Administration of the Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) Science Program Pre-Test, this Office informs all public Junior High Schools (JHSs) of the Monitoring of the Administration of the PISA Science Program Pre Test.
2. The objectives of this monitoring are to ensure that the PISA Science Program Pre-Test is administered based on the set standards/requirements of the LMS or the pen-and-paper modalities, and to determine issues and concerns for the provision of technical assistance.
3.The Regional and Division monitoring and provision of technical assistance shall be done from October 7-11, 2024, specific schedule of which shall be communicated by the Public Schools District Supervisors (PSDSs). The monitoring schedule shall consider the test schedule of the participating JHSs reflected in their prepared Assessment Plan and is indicated in Enclosure 1.
