1. Pursuant to DepEd Memorandum No. 075, s. 2025 pertaining to the above-mentioned subject, this Office hereby informs the field of its implementation.
2. Attention is hereby invited to paragraphs 2 and 3 of the said Memorandum reiterating its effectivity since November 18, 2024 and that “all concerned DepEd offices including public 8s private schools are directed to implement all the provisions of RA 7797, its IRR and all relevant and subsequent issuances pursuant to the foregoing.” Moreover, Section 4 of the Amended RA No. 11480 states that the additional number of days shall compensate for the subsequently suspended class days due to natural or man-made calamities and said additional days shall not be considered as a basis for additional pay for teachers.
