1. In consonance to DepEd Order No. 024, s. 2025 titled “Guidelines on the Implementation of the Expanded Career Progression (ECP) System for Teachers and School Heads in the Department of Education”, this Office informs the field of the following amendments and addenda to facilitate a smooth transition, strengthen policy clarity, and provide operation guidance to ensure uniform and responsive implementation of the ECP System.
2. All concerned personnel are expected to carefully read and understand the provisions set in DepEd Order No. 034, s. 2025, copy of which is attached in this Division Memorandum.
3. In view of the amendments and clarifications in DepEd Order No. 034, s. 2025, here are the division internal guidelines, as well as reiterations, changes, and final details in the existing Calls for Application under the ECP System through Division Memorandum Nos. 706, 707, and 724, s. 2025:
