1. Relative to Division Memorandum No. 88 s. 2019 re: Implementation of Document Tracking System V2.0, which requires all Schools Division Office (SDO) personnel (except utility workers and drivers), School Heads, designated Records Custodians and Liaison Officers of public elementary and secondary schools to register to DTS V2.0, and to ensure that documents are already encoded in the tracking system
before submission to the Records Unit of this office, the School Heads on the attached list are requested to register to DTS V2.0.

2. Additionally, the School Heads who already have an existing DTS account will receive the details of their username and password thru their DepEd email.

3 .In line with this, the Administrative Officers/Records Custodians/Liaison Officers are advised to assist their respective Schools Heads for the installation of Virtual Private Network (VPN) so that they could access the system thru https://apps.depeddasma.edu.ph.
