1. In compliance with Regional Memorandum No. 740 s. 2025 and DepEd Order No.22, s.2022, this Office encourages all teaching and non-teaching personnel to access and complete the BELA Personal Financial Management Course from September to October 2025.
2. As part of the continuous professional and personal development of our staff, the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), through the BSP E-Learning Academy (BELA), offers a self-paced online Personal Financial Management Course which aims to enhance the financial literacy and capability of all personnel – teaching and non-teaching – to promote sound financial health and inclusion.
3. For any relevant concern, please refer to the attached DepEd Memorandum and the BELA User Guide to start the program.
