1. Pursuant to the OUOPS Memorandum dated May 5, 2024, titled “Interim Guidelines of the Learner Government Program (LGP) for School Year 2023-2024”, and to ensure an efficient implementation of Learner Government Program, the Division Federated Supreme Secondary Learner Government (DFSSLG) for SY 2024-2025, through the School Governance and Operations- Learner Formation Program,
informs the field regarding the conduct of the Division Federated SSLG SY 2024-2025 3rd Executive Meeting on October 18, 2024, Friday (8:00 AM-12:00 NN) at the Church of God (COG) Marilag Church, Dasmarinas City.
2. This meeting aims to discuss important discussions and planning related to the upcoming activities to be implemented by DFSSLG for the School Year 2024-2025. Specifically, the agenda of the meeting is as follows:
a. Preparation and planning for DFSSLG Leadership Training with Spiritual Activity;
b. Continuation of the Action Planning for School Year 2024-2025; and
c. Other matters.
3. The participants in this meeting are the Division Federated SSLG Executive Officers and Division Youth Formation Coordinators. Learner-participants are expected to submit the Parental Consent and Waiver Form attached to this memorandum to signify their confirmation of attendance.
4. Participation in this activity shall adhere to DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance with other existing DepEd rules and guidelines.
