1. Relative to Division Memorandum No. 749, s. 2025, titled “Schedule of Monitoring of Private Schools Participating in the GAS Program”, this office announces the revised schedule of monitoring led by Division and Regional Office Personnel.
2. Please be informed that the schedule is set to be moved on November 3-6, 10-12, 13-14, 2025 respectively.
3. Enclosed is the updated schedule of monitoring, related issuance and monitoring tool to be used by the monitoring officials.
4. Widest dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum is directed.
