Pursuant to the DM-OUHROD-2024-1931 re: Clarification on the Conduct of Classroom Observation for Teachers and Submission of e-IPCRF for SY 2023-2024, this Office informs all public elementary and secondary schools of the Clarification on the Submission of Performance Management Forms for School Year 2023-2024.
2. Due to the extension of the deadline for the submission and uploading of the accomplished e-IPCRF of teachers for SY 2023-2024 to October 31, 2024, the submission of performance management forms [i.e. Individual/Office Performance Commitment and Review Forms (IPCRF/OPCRF)] of all school-based
personnel are clarified as follows:
