1. Relative to the administration of the Early Language, Literacy, and Numeracy Assessment (ELLNA) for SY 2025-2026 on November 5, 2025, this Office would like to inform all public elementary schools offering Grade 4 of the Assignment of Room Examiners and Supervising Examiners in Enclosure 1.
2. To facilitate the pre-test activities, it is expected that all Room Examiners and Supervising Examiners must report to their assigned schools earlier than the official start of the examination, which is 8:00 am, except for the following school with their modified schedule indicated below:
