1. Authority is hereby granted to Marites O. Manicio, EPS/Division ALS Focal Person, to conduct a meeting on November 5, 2025, 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, at the ALS Conference Hall, SPED and ALS Building, Dasmarinas II Central School Compound, Brgy. Burol 1, Dasmarinas City.
2. The meeting aims to discuss the following:
a. ALS Encampment preparations
b. ECP schedule
c. Other matters
3. The participants to this meeting are the Education Program Specialists II for ALS, ALS Teachers, District ALS Coordinator (Full Time), Community ALS Implementers, Service Providers and Learning Facilitators.
4. Participation to this activity shall observe DepEd Order No. 9 s. 2005 or Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-on-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and guidelines.
5. Travel costs incurred in participation to this face-to-face meeting shall be charged against available local funds subject to usual accounting and auditing guidelines.
