1. Relative to Memorandum DM-OUOPS-2024-09-06026, the City Schools Division of Dasmarinas – Health and Nutrition Unit will conduct the Strengthening of Mental Health Assessment Implementation and Standardization of Referral System. This activity promotes early screening for mental health problems and standardization of Mental Health Referral System in the Division.
2. This activity will be conducted at Banyuhan ng Kakayahan, Francisco E. Barzaga Integrated High School on November 28, 2025.
3. Participants are the Guidance Counselors, Guidance Designates or School Mental Health Program Designate.
