1. Attached herewith is DepEd Memorandum No. 099, s. 2025, titled “Commemoration of the 150th Birth Anniversary of General Gregorio H. del Pilar” on November 14, 2025.
2. Attention is invited to pages 1-2, particularly paragraphs 3-5, which emphasize the participation of all public and private schools in the commemoration through the conduct of appropriate and meaningful activities as suggested in DM No. 099, s. 2025.
