1. Pursuant to Regional Memorandum No. 103, s.2019, entitled “Assimilation and Orientation on SBM and Uphold E-SIP cum School Governing Council”, the City Schools Division of Dasmariñas will conduct the Division Rollout of Assimilation and Orientation on SBM and Uphold E-SIP cum School Governing Council on April 29, 2019, 8:00 AM up to 5:00PM at Bulwagang Kongresyonal, Congressional Integrated High School, City of Dasmariñas, Cavite.
2. This Division rollout aims for the participants to:
a) gain an in-depth knowledge on the New SBM Framework and be able to figure out issues and concern for purposeful and useful Enhanced School Improvement Plan
b) enhance their skills in designing the School Improvement Plan to ensure an appropriate, relevant, responsive, doable and measurable school Plan to improve performance;
c) appreciate their learning or know-how in strengthening stakeholders’ active participation by continuously building up School Governing Council, Student Council, PTA and other organization toward school effectiveness and;
d) craft action plan for the school level rollout of training and writing of E-SIP
3. Participants to this division rollout are selected Division Office Personnel (please see attachment), School Heads, School E-SIP Coordinator, and the School SBM Coordinator.
4. Prior to the training proper, the participants are expected to study the materials available in the DepEd website through the online links below.

5. Schools are requested to bring a laptop and an extension wire.
6. Expenses relative to this activity shall be charged against Division/ School MOOE subject to the usual government accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
