1. In response to Division Memorandum No. 11, s. 2020 re: Division Orientation on Program to
Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Management (PRIME HRM), this
division shall conduct a consultative meeting on the status of preparation of requirements.

2. As identified in the submitted Progress Log for the 2′ Quarter 2020 and planned of actions of
four (4) core systems of human resource management, namely: a) Recruitment, Selection and
Placement; b) Learning and Development; c) Performance Management; and, d) Rewards and
Recognition, the deliverables are interconnected and can be done with ease if the four (4) core
groups shall collaborate for the achievement of deliverables which are not yet or partially
implemented.

3. Each core group will be given twenty (20) minutes of presentation arranged as follows:
