1. In pursuance of Regional Memorandum No. 787, s. 2025 titled “Utilization and Monitoring Guidelines for the Program Support Fund Allocation for FY 2025 Organizational and Professional Development for Non-Teaching Personnel (OPDNTP), which underscores the importance of holistic capacity-building for non-teaching personnel, the City Schools Division of Dasmarinas shall implement CARD PRO Season 3—a division-wide training program designed to cultivate competence, accountability, responsiveness, and dynamism among its workforce.
2. This initiative responds to the regional directive to institutionalize professional development programs that reinforce core values, enhance service delivery, and promote a culture of excellence across governance and operations. Anchored on the principles of Maka-Diyos, Maka-Tao, Makakalikasan, and Makabansa, the training aims to empower non-teaching personnel to embody these values in their daily work practices and decision-making.
