1. Authority is hereby given to Mr. Galileo L. Go, CESO VI, Assistant Schools Division Superintendent to lead the meeting on the updating of the 201 file relative to the conduct of the Civil Service PRIME -HRM Audit on October 30, 2024, 9:00 AM onwards, at the CSDO Bulwagang Sigasig.
2. It is requested that only one participant should represent their school, preferably the Administrative Officer IV/Administrative Officer II/Administrative Assistant in-charge of the 201 file.
