1. Relative to Division Memorandum No. 791, s. 2025, titled “Corrigendum to Division Memorandum No. 749, s. 2025 titled Schedule of Monitoring of Private Schools Participating in GAS Program“, this office announces the adjusted schedule of monitoring led by Division and Regional Office Personnel.
2. Please be informed that the schedule is set to be moved on November 14, 17 and 18, 2025 respectively.
3. Enclosed is the updated schedule of monitoring, related issuance and monitoring tool to be used by the monitoring officials.
4. All expenses of the division monitoring team in attending this activity and previous monitoring conducted relative to GAS Program Monitoring shall be charged against available division local funds, subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
5. Widest dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum is directed.
