1. Relative to Division Memorandum No. 64 s. 2019 re: 2019 Brigada Eskwela Implementation, the City Schools Division of Dasmariñas will hold the Division Kick-Off Caravan and Volunteers’ Day on May 20, Monday. All public elementary and secondary schools in the city are enjoined to take part in this activity.

2. The Kick-Off Caravan will start with a motorcade at 7:00 AM. Please be guided by the group and assembly information provided in Enclosure I. From the respective assembly points, all participants and vehicles shall convene at The Tent, Dasmariñas Integrated High School. The opening program will start at 8:00 AM.

3. Each school is requested to send five (5) delegates to the motorcade and kick-off program:
a) School Head
b) ASP/Brigada Eskwela Coordinator
c) School DRRM Coordinator
d) PTA President/officer
e) LGU representative/volunteer

4. All participants are requested to wear their respective school Brigada Eskwela shirts/ organization’s uniform. All vehicles part of the motorcade shall have a banner to be provided by their respective schools.

5. The monitoring of the Brigada Eskwela implementation at the school level is scheduled on May 20-25. The composition of the monitoring team and the tools to be used in the monitoring are provided in Enclosure 2 and 3 respectively.
