1. In accordance to Proclamation No. 479 titled Declaring the month of November of Every Year and in reference to Regional Memorandum No. 821 s. 2024, RE: 2025 National Observance of the Filipino Values Month with the theme “Bagong Pilipinas, Bagong Pag-asa: Pagkakaisa at Pananagutan para sa Makabuluhang Pagbabago,” this Office, through the Curriculum Implementation Division (CID,) joins the nation in the celebration of the Filipino Values Month.
2. All schools in collaboration with other stakeholders are encourage to integrate the Filipino Values in the teaching-learning activities, not only in Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao (EsP), Good Manners and Right Conduct (GMRC) and Good Right Manners and Values Education (VE), but also in the other learning areas. Likewise, such values can also be incorporated in the activities of the different celebrations of the month.
3. The schools, in cooperation with other stakeholders, may create a campaign and advocacy materials anchored on the theme to increase awareness among learners and community people.
4. Activities relative to the observance shall be held in accordance with DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005, titled Instituting Measure to Increase Engage Time-on Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and DO. No. 0009 s. 2024 titled Implementing Guidelines on the School Calendar and Activities for School Year 2024-2025.
