1. Relative to Regional Memorandum No. 822, s. 2025, this Division endorses the conduct of the study by Mr. Darren Rey C. Javier, including data-gathering activities and the participation of teachers in said study.
2. Teaching personnel may participate voluntarily while adhering to DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 titled “Time-on-Task Policy”.
3. Enclosed in this Memorandum are the issuances and procedure of participation.
