1.Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 76, s. 2012 and the Boy Scouts of the Philippines’ (BSP) Cavite Council Memorandum 06, s. 2024, which emphasizes the role of scouting in developing citizenship, character, and personal responsibility in the youth as scout leaders through scouting activities, this Office announces the conduct of the BSP Patrol Leaders Training Course (PLTC) and Crew Leaders Training Course (CLTC) on November 15 to 17, 2024, at Paliparan Elementary School with the theme “Sustaining Growth.”
