1. In preparation for the 2024 City of Dasmariñas Athletic Association Meet (CDAAM), this Office provides the field with information on the conduct of the CDAAM’s Opening Program, an additional schedule for the medical and dental examination of athletes, and competing schools for basketball, volleyball, chess, badminton, and table tennis.
2. The following information shall be adhered to:
• The opening program shall be on November 19, 2024, at 3:00 PM, with the Dasmarinas City Arena vicinity as the assembly area. Moreover, sports competitions shall commence on the morning of November 19.
• Public and private delegations are encouraged to send a muse and escort. Please see the attached enclosure for the complete list of delegations. Delegation heads/in-charge of each muse and escort shall contact Mr. Nino Melindro through mobile number 0939-9707-448.
• It is at the school heads’ discretion whether students wear uniforms. Schools may opt to use the existing sports uniform. However, sports events that require uniforms shall be considered as well.
• The following schools are requested to send their brass bands/lyre bands for the parade in the opening program: Dasmariñas Integrated High School, Francisco E. Barzaga Integrated High School, Salawag Elementary School, and Dasmariñas Elementary School.
• Division personnel and public elementary and secondary school heads are requested to wear the yellow shirts worn during the 2024 Alay Sayaw. While private school heads may wear their chosen sports attire.
