1. In compliance with Memorandum DM-CT-2024-447, titled “Administration of the Philippine Informal Reading Inventory (Phil-IRI) for Key Stages 2 and 3 for School Year 2024-2025,” the Curriculum Implementation Division (CID) announces the conduct of the Phil-IRI for learners in Key Stages 2 (Grades 4-6) and Key Stages 3 (Grades 7-10). This initiative aims to assess learners’ reading proficiency, identify reading challenges, and develop targeted interventions to enhance literacy outcomes.
