1. In accordance with DepEd Order No. 2, s. 2015, which outlines the Guidelines on the Establishment and Implementation of the Results-Based Performance Management System (RPMS) within the Department of Education, and the CSDO Dasmariñas Customized Agency Policy on Performance Management, this Office disseminates the Performance Management Process Flow and Calendar of Activities for the School and Division Office Personnel.
2. The activities and processes related to target setting, performance monitoring, evaluation, and development planning are aligned and customized based on the prevailing provisions to ensure that employee performance is effectively evaluated and recognized, contributing to organizational productivity and continuous growth.
3. All Division and School Personnel (both raters and ratees) shall rigorously adhere to all phases of the RPMS, as outlined in the process flow and calendar enclosed in this memorandum.
