1. To ensure an efficient implementation of Youth for Environment in School- Organization (YES-0) among public secondary schools, the Division Federated Youth for Environment in School-Organization (YES-0) for SY 2024-2025, through the School Governance and Operations- Learner Formation Program, informs the field regarding the conduct of the Division Federated YES-0 SY 2024-2025 1st Executive Meeting on December 9, 2024, Monday (9:00 AM-12:00 NN) at CSDO Conference Room.
2. This meeting aims to discuss important discussions and planning related to the activities to be implemented by DFYES-0 for the School Year 2024-2025.
Specifically, the agenda of the meeting are as follows:
a. Discussion of Specific DFYES-0 Activity Plans for School Year 2024-2025
b. Finalization of Plans for the First Activity (Logo Making Contest)
c. Provision of DFYES-0 Official Shirt
d. Other matters and future events
3. The participants in this meeting are the Division Federated YES-0 Executive Officers and Division Youth Formation Coordinators (Enclosure No. 1). Learner participants are expected to submit the Parental Consent and Waiver Form attached to this memorandum to signify their confirmation of attendance.
4. Travel expenses and other incidental expenses of selected participants and personnel shall be charged to Local Funds, and other fund source/s, subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
