1. In accordance with CSC Memorandum Circular No. 3, s. 2012, which pertains to the Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM)—a program that integrates and enhances the Personnel Management Assessment and Assistance Program (PMAAP) and the CSC Agency Accreditation Program (CSCAAP), this office will be conducting the Division Enhanced Induction Program for Teachers, Teaching-Related Personnel, Non-Teaching Personnel, and School Leaders Batch 2 on December 9-10, 2024, at Elijah Hotel and Residences, Salawag, Dasmariñas, Cavite.
2. The initiative is designed to support and assist newly hired and recently promoted teachers, non-teaching staff, and school leaders during their initial years with the Department of Education, specifically within the City Schools Division of Dasmarinas. The goal is to enhance their knowledge, skills, values, and dedication to the profession.
3. Participation in this activity shall adhere to DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and guidelines.
