1. Relative to the conduct of the 2024 Division Schools Press Conference scheduled on December 9,10,11, and 14, 2024, the following reminders and instructions are issued for the guidance of all concerned:
a. Elementary participants shall proceed directly to their assigned contest/testing rooms. The orientation for elementary participants will begin promptly at 8:00 a.m., so all participants must arrive at the venue by 7:30 a.m.
b. High school participants competing in individual categories will attend the opening program from 8:00 to 9:30 a.m. on the first day at the school-covered court. They must wait for instructions before proceeding to their designated testing rooms.
c. The Top 10 finalists in individual categories must return on the second day (December 10, 2024) for the next round of selection. They are also expected to attend the awarding ceremonies on December 14, 2024, at 8:30 a.m.
d. Only school paper advisers will facilitate participant registration. A registration booth will be available near the principal’s office.
e. Due to bridge construction near Sta. Cruz Elementary School, all attendees are advised to adjust their travel schedules. Alternate routes for public and private transportation are provided in the attached maps.
