1. In adherence to the DepEd Order No. 10, s. 2018 regarding “Guidelines on the Issuance of Special Orders for the Approval of the Eligibility for Graduation from Senior High School of Grade 12 Learners Enrolled in Private Schools/ Colleges and Technical-Vocational Institutions (TVIs) for School Year 2017-2018”, the School Governance and Operations Division (SGOD) with Curriculum Implementation Division (CID) reiterates the submission of private schools with Grade 12 graduates who did not submit their Application for Special Order from School Year 2017-2018 up to 2023-2024.
2. The policy specifically item number 4 states that “Application for special orders of qualified Grade 12 learners for SY 2017-2018 shall be filed by the school through the schools division office (SDO) at least 15 calendar days before the end of school year.”. Anent to this, all schools must submit their application from previous school year up to present immediately.
3. Select SGOD and CID Personnel shall form part of the committee in checking the required documents. School Form 9 and School Form 10 will be checked by the CID Personnel and all other documents will be evaluated by the SGOD Personnel.
