1. In view of the upcoming City Meet on September 22-24, 2016, the Alternative Learning System (ALS) of the City Schools Division of Dasmarinas will conduct the following activities on the said schedule and venue:
Medical Examination of Athletes
September 13, 2016, 8:30-4:00, Dasmarinas National High School
Inter Cluster Selection of Athletes
September 16, 2016, 8:00 – 5:00, Dasmarinas National High School
(Reminder: There will be two groups in the selection, Cluster 1-5 and Cluster 6-10).
Screening of Athletes Documents and Coaches
September 20, 2016,1:00-5:00 pm— DNHS
September 21, 2016, 8:00-12:00 am- DNHS

2. All participating ALS athletes are expected to take medical examination on the scheduled given before they are allowed to participate in the said competition. Likewise, all concerned ALS implementers shall take responsibility to assist their players in handling their credentials and during the actual competitions.
3. The events to be played are the following and the assigned officials:
• Athletics (Boys & Girls) = Mr. Proceso Paiton & Mrs. Criselda Cabudbod
100m, 200 m., 400 m., 800 m. & 4×100 Relay (Age of the player must be 15 to 30 years old)
• Badminton (Boys & Girls – Single I Mixed Double) = Mr. Tomas Gallano (Age of the player must be 15 to 30 years old)
• Chess (Boys & Girls) = Mr. Elpidio Avinante (15 years old and above)
