1. Pursuant to the Campus Journalism Act of 1991, the 2017 live-out DIVISION SCHOOLS PRESS CONFERENCE (DSPC) for School Paper Advisers and student/pupil writers/delegates for both private and public elementary and secondary for individual categories and Collaborative Writing will be on August 17-19 at Dasmariñas II Central School, City of Dasmariñas. Script writing and Radio broadcasting as well as TV Broadcasting will be held on August 24-26, the same venue.
2. Complete set of participants per category is expected. Each school can send up to two participants per category provided that the said participants will participate only in one category.
3. Live —in Training/Cliniquing of DSPC winners for individual category and (Top 5 English and Filipino, Elementary; Top 5 English and Filipino, Secondary), Radio Broadcasting and Collaborative Publishing in preparation for the Regional Schools Press Conference will be
