I. As part of the division’s collective effort to maintain Quality Management System, the field is hereby informed of the Division Back-Up Strategy for Key Officials/Personnel.
2. This strategy was developed to ensure that key procedures of the division office remains steadfast in spite of untoward cases where a key official/personnel takes a leave whether planned or unplanned.
3. Attached is the CSDO Back-Up Strategy for Key Officials/Personnel that identifies second point of contact for every critical position in the division.
4. Immediate and widest dissemination of this Memorandum is desired.
