In fulfillment of our promise to our valued policyholders, we are sending a mobile clinic under your district at Dasmarinas II Central School, Dasmariñas City, Cavite on March 29, 2016.
The scheduled time is 8:00 am to 5:00 pm for our teachers to avail their Annual Physical Examination (APE). Our mobile clinic will accommodate the Ocho Derecho and Fortune 5 (F5) Policyholders or even the new applicants from your schools. Also, the nearby schools can join in availing the onsite APE.
We are glad to inform you that this is part of our commitment to continually attend to the needs of our valued teachers I policyholders. We hope that this simple way of bringing in the mobile clinic in your schools I division would reduce their expenses as well as lost time in complying with their APE requirements.
