The Teachers’ Dignity Coalition (TDC), one of the most active organization members of the Education Network Philippines (E-Net Philippines) has been invited to participate the forum in line with the network’s Education for All Campaign. This will be held on July 12, 2017, 9:00AM to 5:00PM at the University Hotel, UP Diliman, Quezon City.
The forum is in coordination with the Social Watch Philippines and the Department of Education (DepEd) Central Office with the following objectives:
1. Presentation and discussion of the 2018 budget thrust of the Department of Education;
2. Explore the spaces for civil society participation in the education budget; and
3. Develop civil society strategies for engaging the preparation of DepEd budget.
In this light, may we request your office to endorse this letter to the respective schools division superintendents and allow the following teachers to participate in the forum:……
