This Notice is hereby issued for the information and guidance of all prospective suppliers. It shall form an integral part of the Request for Quotation (RFQ) issued earlier relative to the above-stated project.

I.    Amendment to Request for Quotation, Paragraph I

The original provision states:

Please quote your lowest price on the items/ package listed below, subject to the General Conditions. Please submit your quotation duly signed by your representative on or before October 23, 2025 / Thursday I 3:00 PM at DepEd City Schools Division of Dasmarinas, CSDO Building, DASCA Compound, Brgy. Burol II, Dasmarinas City. You may also send your quotation via password-protected email at bac(yl.epeddasma.edu.ph. The password shall be sent to 09190605820 after the deadline of submission of RFQ.

The deadline for submission of quotations is hereby extended to October 29, 2025, at 3:00 PM.

All other provisions of the Request for Quotation not otherwise modifi a shall remain in full force and effect.
