This letter is a request for corrections on the previous letter we sent to, approved, and released by your good office; DepEd-4A Advisory SH 01-298 (dated 10 December 2017; received this December 2017, 11:02 AM) on the upcoming “BELIEVE Youth Congress 2018— CALABARZON”.
Due to the conflicts on the venue, we set the said congress on 3-4 March 2018, Saturday and Sunday, and be held at the Santa Rosa City Hall Auditorium, City of Sta. Rosa, Laguna.
In view of this, we ask for pardon to your office and the affected division offices under your scope for this sudden change, and we humbly request once again for another Advisory to be released by your good office for this information to be officially disseminated to those divisions and schools who have received already the previous advisory.
