As our partner in the implementation of the Philippine Population Management Program (PPMP) at the local level, we would like to inform you that we have a new Regional Director (RD) for Region IV, Mr. Angelito S. Obcena, vice RD Lydio M. Español, Jr. who was
reassigned to POPCOM NCR. Attached foryour reference, is Office Order No. 2017-198 dated 20 November 2017 which reassigned RD Obcena from POPCOM Region II to POPCOM Region IV. The Office Order will take effect on 8 December 2017.
Kindly address all communications for POPCOM MIMAROPA Region to RD Angelito S. Obcena.
